* In addition to fees, GST, disbursement, and expenses are payable. Rush fees apply to complete transaction in 2 weeks. Common disbursements include title insurance and estoppel certificates. Common expenses include land title search and courier printing costs. If the transaction requires extra time than usual then extra fees will be payable at the lawyer’s hourly rate. **The legal fees is to conventional lenders: TD, RBC, CIBC, BMO, and Scotia Bank ONLY. For all other lenders we charge additional legal fees of $250 plus GST.
