GAGAN ATWAL - STUDENT AT LAW

I joined Laws & Beyond as an articling student in April 2023. After completing my Law degree

from GNDU University, India, I completed the National Accreditation Examination and Practice

Readiness Education Program (PREP) required by the Federation of Law Societies in Canada. In

addition to my law degree, I have done a Bachelor’s and Master of Commerce from GNDU

University, India, and a Postgraduate Applied Business Studies Diploma from Whiteria

Polytechnic Institute, Auckland, New Zealand. While completing PREP, I was working as a

Licensed Real Estate Professional with Royal Lepage Metro. I will gain experience in all areas of

Law but have a particular interest in Family Law, Employment Law, and Real Estate Law. I

believe the key to great representation is great relationships and for the same, I take time to truly

uncover and understand each client’s unique needs and challenges.

My value to Clients “I emphasize a client-centered approach ensuring that my clients have a

clear understanding of their situation, their options and how we can work together to achieve

their goals”.

During my free time, I enjoy watching sports, playing golf and travelling.
